These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this store and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Zen Kairo is operated by ZenKairo Enterprises, 704-Pluto, Rajhans Campus, Opp. Rajhans Cinemas, Pal, Surat, India.

2. Products

All items sold on Zen Kairo are designed, 3D printed and hand-finished in-house in small batches. Some pieces are fan-made tribute figures inspired by popular characters. These are unofficial: they are not licensed by, endorsed by, affiliated with, or produced in association with any studio, publisher or rights holder, and we make no claim to any third-party trademark or copyright. 3D-printed items may show minor variation in finish, colour and texture from batch to batch — this is a natural result of the printing and hand-finishing process, not a defect.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept Cash on Delivery and online payment via UPI, cards and netbanking.

5. Returns and refunds

See our Refund Policy for eligibility and process. Please read it before ordering — most sales are final.

6. Limitation of liability

Zen Kairo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, India.
