Processing time

Each item is hand-finished after your order is placed. Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery takes 7–10 business days across India. We currently ship within India only.

Shipping charges

A flat shipping fee applies to every order, shown at checkout before you pay:

• ₹60 for orders paid online (UPI, cards, netbanking)
• ₹119 for Cash on Delivery orders

Order tracking

You'll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

Delays

Occasionally weather, courier delays or high demand on a new drop can push delivery beyond 7–10 business days. We'll notify you if your order is significantly delayed.
