All sales are final

Because every item is 3D printed and hand-finished to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong variant chosen, or personal preference. Please check the product details, dimensions and images carefully before ordering.

Damaged or incorrect items

The only exception: if your order arrives physically damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video of the item and its packaging. In that case only, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Refund process

Where a replacement or refund is approved under the exception above, refunds for online payments are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.

How to report a damaged or incorrect item
